Delivery
UK DELIVERY
We aim to despatch orders within 24 working hours of cleared payment being received. Dependant on the weight of your order it will be despatched via 1st class post (smaller orders), or machine orders and larger component orders over 1.0kg will be dispatched by our preferred courier, Interlink Express.
Orders that are despatched via courier will be delivered the following working day before 3pm.

Please ensure you provide an up to date email address when submitting your order online, as when your order is due to be delivered via Interlink Express you will receive an email from Interlink Express quoting your consignment number, and you can then track your order online at www.interlinkexpress.com

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We aim to despatch orders within 24 working hours of cleared payment being received. Depending on the weight of your order it will be despatched via Royal Mail Airmail post (smaller orders), or machine orders and larger component orders over 1.0kg will be despatched by our courier. European orders dispatched by road via courier are aimed to be delivered within 3-6 working days from dispatch. All other International destinations should be received between 4-8 working days from despatch. We will advise the anticipated shipping time when you place your order.
We work with most major couriers for International orders and will choose the best suited for price, service and delivery time-scale.
RETURNS INFORMATION
In the unlikely event that you need to return items/goods purchased from us then please contact us in the first instance.
The main reason for returns is because our components are not compatible with all machines that are not Enterprise Product's machines. We try to ask all customers to confirm compatibility of components before purchasing from us. We ask that you check this and are very happy to send you samples to test before buying.
When returning goods please include copy of your invoice/delivery with a brief note explaining your reasons for return.
We fully adhere to the distance selling regulations set out by UK government. To further add to this, please be assured that our business relies on our customers coming back to us. We will always be happy to help should any problem happen to arise.
